Semi-sublimationSemi-sublimation is a newer process that involves your design being digitally printed and heat transferred directly onto the surface of a stock product. The ink is dyed on a molecular level to the fabric of your garment. Because of this process, the design is an extremely smooth finish that’s quite soft to the touch and will never crack, peel, or fade over time — unless your garment does. One of the limitations with dye-sublimation is that it can only be done on lighter colored polyester-heavy materials.

full sublimationFull sublimation, known as full-dye sublimation, is the expanded process of semi-sublimation. Instead of using an already constructed (stock) tee or garment to dye your design onto, full sublimation provides unlimited options for all-over printing on custom made apparel just for you. Imagine a blank tee where you can use as many colors, designs, or images as you want to make a shirt specifically for you! You design it, with our help of course, approve it, and then it gets sent off to get printed, dyed, and cut and sewn together on the material you want. The end result is a one-off custom garment made for you, your business, school, or team!
